Overpriced and poor quality, as good as buying dodgy stuff from Amazon

I made an online order for an alarm clock £18 and a lunch box that was on sale for £7.20.
3 days after purchase I got an email explaining they had refunded me for the lunchbox as it was out of stock. Which is fine- I checked the next day and it still said I could purchase it if I want- and then again a week later it’s STILL on their website.
The alarm clock was wrapped up for a week for my daughters birthday but when she came to open it the sound wasn’t working. The whole reason I bought it ? I realised I had thrown all the paperwork it came with but I got someone to look at it and they said the wiring wasn’t even connected inside for it to make any sound! So another words very poorly made ? won’t be ordering anything from here again.

I placed an order online yesterday to buy a lunch box for my daughter however upon reading the confirmation email a completely different delivery address has shown up (must be an error on the system as i did not select a different address or postcode). I have tried to contact Smiggle via their website, however there was no option to cancel the order or amend the address. The order is now apparently on its way and I cannot recieve it! Very disappointed that there are no options to rectify this and I am at a financial loss

i went to lakeside essex branch with my sister and the staff was so rude & racist i am from middle east and my sister was wearing hijaab i bought a water bottle and when my sister saw she liked for her son and we went again and purchased the bottle but the girl was asking me to show her the racepit for my daughter’s bottle which i bought an hour ago i did and she said ok u can go like what the hell i can buy the 1000 bottles at once and you are blaming me for £8 bottle smiggle needs to look and check their staff behaviour as its really disrespectful and unacceptable!

Very good customer service had some issues with a bag ordered online and it was sorted quickly through email and the bag was replaced. My daughter is very happy now with her bag thank you

My order was delivered to the wrong…
My order was delivered to the wrong address and I'm being blamed for inputting the wrong address manually, I think I know the address where I have lived all my life and don't even know the postcode where they sent my delivery so how could that be my mistake. I even informed them before delivery but they claim all they can do is email the courier and wait. So they didn't even make an effort to resolve this before delivery was made to the wrong address. I've now been told i will receive a call from a manager within 48 hours- nothing. And they are refusing to refund my money for their mistake.

expensive product (£15 for a kids drink bottle) hoped by paying more the quality would be good and it would last, sadly the complete opposite and from day 1 the bottle leaked! customer service advise they cant refund or replace the item as bought in store, even though I had explained we were on holiday and dobt live anywhere near a stgore, so now out of pocket and they wont help!!!!

Very poor quality over priced goods…
Very poor quality over priced goods which when they break Smiggle will not offer a refund or a return. Buy elsewhere. The zip on my daughters rucksack broke just 7 months after she started using. Smiggle Customer Service quoted their 'we cannot help as the product is over 6 months old' policy. Option to take to a store for an 'assessment' which is miles away (I purchased online). Definitely won't be buying from this company again.

Smiggle spritz water bottle
Now had 2 spritz water bottles. First one was a xmas present - admittedly my child dropped outside and shattered - in very sharp pieces. She brought another - (£15.00) which I dropped inside , this time was more of a knock and the lid split making it hard to use. These things should be made more child friendly . I.e stronger plastic if designed for kids. Will NOT be buying any more - within 2 months 2 ruined .
